Shipping Policy

Production Time
All Snoutique products are custom-made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Production typically takes 2–5 business days. During high-demand periods (holidays, product launches), production may take up to 7 business days.
Shipping Times
After production, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–4 business days. Total estimated delivery time from order placement to your doorstep is typically 5–12 business days.
All delivery time estimates are approximations, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, high shipping volumes (e.g., holiday seasons), or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
- Orders over $75: Free standard shipping (calculated after any applicable discounts)
- Orders under $75: Flat rate of $6.99
- Sticker-only orders: Always ship free, regardless of order total
Shipping Carriers
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our production partner through major carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The specific carrier is selected automatically based on the product type and destination and cannot be chosen manually. We do not currently offer expedited or express shipping options.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check your order status on our order tracking page at any time.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect address, we may be able to reship the order at your expense. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
We can ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) within the United States. Please note that deliveries to military addresses are handled exclusively by USPS and may take longer than standard domestic delivery estimates.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 15 business days of your order, please contact us at support@snoutique.shop with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and, if your package is confirmed lost, we'll reship it at no charge. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for full details.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery of the product to the shipping carrier. While we will assist with carrier investigations for lost or damaged packages, we are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier after the package has been tendered for shipment.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding to international shipping — stay tuned!
